Beginning Tuesday November 3rd, 2026 @ 8am and will remail open until 500 pre-applications have been received.

Applications can be submitted from any smart phone, any home computer, at a public library, or any place where you may have access to a computer. Persons with disability or limited English proficiency who need assistance to complete the pre-application process must contact Laurel Villas office by Monday October 27th, 2026, to schedule an appointment.

This property consists of 2 & 3-bedroom units. There are no 1-bedroom options.

The subsidy standards must provide for the smallest number of bedrooms needed to house a family without overcrowding.
